Tuen Ma Line Commences   07/07/2021

The full Tuen Ma Line (TML) commenced passenger service, linking the east and west of the New Territories and east Kowloon. The full TML is the longest railway line in the city with a total length of 56 kilometres serving 27 stations. The opening marks another milestone in Hong Kong’s railway network development.

The initial mass transit system is commenced between 1976 to 1986. There are 98 heavy rail stations with the average weekday patronage of about 5.8 million passengers. The aging of station is becoming one of the biggest problems encountered by the MTR. Most of the stations are underground station that ventilation and air conditioning system is necessary to support such one of the largest patronage MTR system in the world. The outbreaking of COVID-19 is indicated the importance of disinfection of ventilation and air conditioning system.

IWAKI CHINA corporate with MTR Corps to install a solution of Cooling Tower Water Circulation Control in their stations. The system can real-time monitoring the water quality of cooling tower water and auto control the dosing system. The pH, ORP, conductivity or rest chlorine sensors, etc can be installed fully based on the customer’s requirement. The system can be monitor and control online with different mobile device.

7 stations are already installed our system including Austin, Choi Hung, Mongkok, Diamond Hill, Lok Fu, Admiralty, and Shek Kip Mei stations, and more stations are planning to install our system in future.
